Now with Chef John Morgan taking the Culinary Reigns, We now have an impeccable staff, from Le Cordon Bleu certified chefs to talented and qualified servers & bar staff – all working together as a cohesive and experienced team devoted to making your event the dazzling success of your dreams.

We offer tastings by appointment only. During your appointment we will design a menu and service package that will satisfy all your requests. If you don’t see what you’re interested in through our standard catering menus, just let us know and Chef John can create a specialized menu tailored especially for you.
